Corki won the first creative ingenuity award for putting two mirror systems in the same kaleidoscope (1986). Here she has another style she calls "Sophisticated Lady". It's a beautiful, large glass encased black/gold kaleidoscope on one side with green and red artistic creations on other sides and stunning images inside. Objects fall lazily in the oil-filled endpiece making truly beautiful patterns and constantly changing, artistic designs. Her pieces are frequently closed and become limited pieces, and she laughingly says, "It's just one happy take after the other." No wonder she never tires of making kaleidoscopes or thinking up new ways to present these wonderful pieces to the world!
